AI has great potential in streamlining the specifications and schedule of rates based on actual tenders receivd and assist the engineers in validating and updating these documents in real-time. The project management is the other area where it can assist in framing realistic time periods and on going real-time review during the project period Including timely remedial measures . The contract management can be another area where lessons can be assimilated in real-time based on contractual disputes decided in arbitration awards.
